Frequently asked questions

What is your address and opening hours?
Unfortunately, we are temporarily closed and therefore only receive inquiries through the form.
How long is the delivery time?

When you order your product from us, you have the option to choose between having it delivered with GLS.
The typical delivery time is between 2 – 5 business days from when we pack the order.

In some cases, we experience that our customers receive the item the day after it is ordered, but as a general rule, delivery in Denmark can take between 2 – 5 business days.

If you order with pickup at our address, you can get your order the same day.

How do I pay for my order?

You pay for your order after you have placed the items you want to buy in your cart.
You will then go through the payment flow.

You only pay for your order the moment it is shipped and on its way to your delivery address with the chosen supplier.

How do you secure my payment details?

First, it is important to emphasize that we never get and therefore do not store our customers’ payment information.

The only information we register is your customer and delivery information.
You can read more about this in our terms and conditions.

Encryption of data

At JYYNA, we use the same encryption technology used by e.g.
Google and Amazon.
At the same time, we have extra security measures in place to protect our customers and ourselves against cyber threats on the internet.

PCI approved and 3d secure

We work with the payment service Reepay.
This is the service you use when you go to pay for your order.
They make sure that the payment goes through the bank and is, so to speak, like a Dankort machine as you know it from physical stores.

Reepay ensures that your payment information is processed and protected with the latest and most advanced technology.
They use best-in-class encryption technology and the highest PCI approval.

You can read more here: https://reepay.com/pci-dss/

Which cards can I pay with?

You can pay with most card types commonly used in Denmark, including:

  • Thank you card

We currently do not accept Diners.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of Denmark.
So you can receive your order no matter where you live in Denmark.
