What is your address and opening hours?
How long is the delivery time?
When you order your product from us, you have the option to choose between having it delivered with GLS.
The typical delivery time is between 2 – 5 business days from when we pack the order.
In some cases, we experience that our customers receive the item the day after it is ordered, but as a general rule, delivery in Denmark can take between 2 – 5 business days.
If you order with pickup at our address, you can get your order the same day.
How do I pay for my order?
You pay for your order after you have placed the items you want to buy in your cart.
You will then go through the payment flow.
You only pay for your order the moment it is shipped and on its way to your delivery address with the chosen supplier.
How do you secure my payment details?
First, it is important to emphasize that we never get and therefore do not store our customers’ payment information.
The only information we register is your customer and delivery information.

We work with the payment service Reepay.
This is the service you use when you go to pay for your order.
They make sure that the payment goes through the bank and is, so to speak, like a Dankort machine as you know it from physical stores.

You can pay with most card types commonly used in Denmark, including:

- View electronic
- Master Card
- Maestro
We currently do not accept Diners.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all of Denmark.
So you can receive your order no matter where you live in Denmark.
However, we do not deliver to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
If you want delivery to one of these countries, or other countries in Europe, please contact us and we will find a solution.
