When you visit our website, information about you is collected and used to customize and improve our content displayed on the site.

Below we have elaborated on what information is collected, its purpose and which third parties have access to it.

Information that we collect and store

When you visit our webshop, we will track:

  • Items you have viewed: We will use this information to, for example, show you items that you have recently viewed.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: We will use this information for purposes such as calculating VAT and shipping.
  • Delivery address: We will ask you to enter this so that we can, for example, calculate shipping costs before you place an order and send you the order.

We also use cookies to keep track of the contents of your basket while you use our webshop.

When you purchase goods from us, we will ask you to provide us with information that includes your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card/payment information and optional account information such as username and password.
We will use this information for purposes such as:

  • Respond to your inquiries and requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our webshop
  • Comply with all legal obligations we have, such as calculating VAT and fees

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email address and phone number, which will be used to fill in input fields when placing future orders.

In general, we will store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use the information, and we are not legally obliged to continue to store it.
For example, we will store order information for as long as required by accounting law in relation to VAT and accounting.
This includes your name, email address, billing address and delivery address.

Which employees have access

Employees have access to the information you give us.
For example, administrators as well as webshop managers have access:

  • Order information such as what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be shipped to, and
  • Customer information such as your name, email address, billing and shipping information.

Our employees have access to this information in order to fulfill orders, handle refunds and support you.

We do not store do not store payment information, such as
card details.
This information is therefore not accessible to employees and therefore remains confidential between you and the bank.

 

Personal data

In general

Personal data is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another.
When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information.

This happens, for example, when you access content, sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, make purchases via the website or otherwise use services.

We typically collect and process the following types of data: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location and which pages you click on (interests).

To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, it will also be processed: Name, phone number, e-mail, and address.

This will be in connection with creating a login or making a purchase.

Safety and security

We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter.

Storage period

The data is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage.

Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known.

The information is used to target advertising.

We also use a number of third parties to store and process data.
They only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you consent to it.
We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

Insights and complaints

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you.
You can also object to the use of your data at any time.
You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

If the data processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

You have the right to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you.
Complaints are filed with the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. section 58(1) of the Personal Data Act.
