Water temperature

The water temperature should be 80-85 degrees and the water should be as ‘soft’ as possible.
Therefore, bottled spring water may be preferable.

Dosage

We recommend 1-1½ teaspoons per 150 ml (1.5 dl) of water, which is roughly equivalent to the contents (in ml) of an old-fashioned tea/coffee cup.

The general rule of thumb is; one teaspoon with the top is enough for one cup.

Pull time

We recommend letting the brew steep for 6-10 minutes.

Storage

Extend the flavor by storing the tea in a dark, dry, cool, airtight container away from sunlight.
